Clinical Nurse Specialist – Heart Failure

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to work within the established and experienced Heart Failure team based at Harefield Hospital. The candidate will work closely with all members of the multidisciplinary team, including other nurse specialists, in developing the Heart Failure service. Effective communication and team work as well as the ability and confidence to work alone are essential.
You will need to be highly self-motivated, and innovative. Successful applicants will need clinical and case load managerial experience within the cardiothoracic field.
Depending on experience, there will be the opportunity for training to be given, nurse led consenting and nurse prescribing.
