6 Month Secondment Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 or 6 nurse to join the ICNARC/Data Collection Team 15 hours per week (0.4WTE)
What is involved?
ICNARC data is the capture of patient data in the first 24 hours in Critical Care ultimately looking at their outcome upon leaving hospital.
You will undertake sourcing patient data, using coding to reflect a patient’s condition, assist with preparing the data for submission to ICNARC. The role involves using ICCA forms, basic spreadsheets and communicating with other hospitals to chase patient outcomes.
Additionally, you will be supported to review the reports generated from this data. To interpret the findings in relation to Critical Care at Harefield and its relevance to patient care, the Trust and where this stands us on a National level.
This role can be split between your current clinical job
